FILE MANAGEMENT
	Survey Explorer	Manage all of your opinion surveys through one window. Survey Explorer allows quick access to all surveys and to the various stages in the creation and management of an individual survey.
	Survey Templates	While you can create an opinion or satisfaction survey from scratch, you can also quickly create one from an eXpress template, available from within the survey software. A template is a ready-made opinion survey: simply customise the response ranges, statements and demographics and in minutes you have an opinion survey ready to despatch.
SURVEY DESIGN
	Perfect Surveys	Create a survey to meet your exact needs following an easy step-by-step process. Customise inbuilt response ranges or design your own. Construct statements to reflect the real issues in your organization, using a mix of positively and negatively worded statements.
	Custom Response Ranges	In-built response ranges are fully customisable, or you can create own from scratch in seconds. An additional feature allows you to create your own response ranges and then save them for use in other surveys.
	Multiple Response Ranges	eXpress allows you to use multiple response ranges in your survey. The software is self formatting and automatically includes the required headings in the formatted questionnaire document.
	Statement Library	A library of over 200 grouped statements enables you to build a professional questionnaire in minutes. Simply drag and drop into your survey.
	Custom Demographics	In-built demographic groups are fully customisable. An additional feature allows you to create your own demographic groups and then save them for use in other surveys.
	Preview	Quick Export allows you to preview your work in Word using html format. Check spelling and basic layout as your design progresses.
	One-click Randomise	Produce a survey questionnaire with your statements in randomised order at the click of a button. Toggle between views and customise the randomised order of individual statements if required.
	Export to Word	Use the Formatted Export option to view your finished survey in Word. Includes fully customisable introduction and instructions for completion pages, plus free expression areas and your selected demographic groups. Simply insert your logo and organisation details and format the document to your style.
DATA ENTRY
	Manual Data Entry	Easy to follow screen makes data entry fast and uncomplicated. No need to enter survey data in a single session, batch entry is easy and simple.
	Auto Data Entry	Our Service Centre will receive and electronically capture your data at competitive rates. They will make the file available to you within 7 days of the agreed closing date, which you open with eXpress in order to generate your reports. Go here to access our online calculator
REPORTS
	Comprehensive Reports	eXpress comes complete with a powerful reporting package, which produce pre-programmed, informative and easily interpreted tables and graphs. Survey reports are generated to Excel for printing and further analysis.
	Tabular Data	Quickly generate a grid of your opinion survey statements and satisfaction rates, grouped by demographic, either ready to print or query further.
	Graphical Data	Choose a variety of formats (line, area, scatter graph etc) to view your Satisfaction Ratings
	Custom Views	Want to filter one graphic group by another? ie. show me Northern Managers v Southern Managers, benchmarked against Total Company? No problem, this takes just a minute to setup and generate. Reports are generated to Excel for printing and further analysis.
COLLABORATION
	Teamwork	Send a survey to a colleague who can open it, make changes to the statements, ranges and demographics, and send it back for further development. The originator imports the returned survey file, synchronising the changes.
	Custom Templates	Save your opinion survey as a template, then distribute to other users as a starting point for their survey. The survey file automatically includes any custom demographics and ranges you created.

	Survey Wizard	A useful collection of multimedia movies that walk you through the various processes involved in creating and processing your survey. Just watch and repeat.
	Step-by-Step Help	The easy to follow help file enables you to print off step-by-step instructions, then have them with you while you perform the task. Or perhaps you just like to quickly check on thing, then get back to the task.
	Survey Assistant	Contains invaluable resources (best practice documents, case studies and templates) that you can call on to assist you in the planning and creation process. The Survey Assistant automatically updates itself from the eXpress website, which means you don't have to check back for new information - you are the first to know.
	Live Person Support	In the unlikely event that Survey Wizard and Help section leave your question unanswered, our friendly support staff are always on hand by email and telephone to answer your queries. If you require more hands-on support, our eXpress trained consultants are available to assist you with the survey preparation and analysis.
